Billy Hewitt
AMPWDA Trainer
Billy grew up in a Bloodhound family, both breeding/raising Bloodhounds and mantrailing. He first came to AMPWDA in 2015 with his AMPWDA Trainer father, Bill Hewitt. Since that time, he has attended numerous seminars & workshops, certifying his K9 Kai multiple times in both Wilderness at the Expert Level and Urban. He was a member of Jefferson County Search & Rescue in West Virginia and has been on numerous searches. Billy enjoys working with the other K9s and their handlers and he brings a lot of experience to the table for someone of his age.
